A Little Bit of This, A Little Bit of That!

A rainy day Monday here in non-sunny SoCal! I know we need it, but oh how I miss my sunshine. I had a chance over the week-end to take quite a few pictures at Country Roads. I love the variety we have. I'm getting ready to put together a slideshow of CR in the next day or two. Magic Performed Here!

This is Sue Lennon's space! She was in yesterday and this is one space I REALLY try to avoid! Why? Because I always find something that I just have to have. Her displays, and merchandising is so original. Sue really knows how to put together eye catching, "different" displays that make you just stop and stare. Here a few pictures of what Sue has at Country Roads right now.

I have to confess something. I bought the lights above and the old vintage sign as well. I just couldn't help myself, seriously! Those big vintage duffel bag pillows are calling my name but I just try really hard to ignore them each and every time I walk by! I have two smaller duffel bag pillows at home right now that I absolutely love. This is one of the reasons that I usually just shop at Country Roads. We have so much to choose from and some a variety of great product. I know that I always say there is "ALWAYS" something for everybody, but it's true, there really is. Come on in and find out yourself!!

The Room

I often post pictures from "the room" as I like to call it. As some of you know that shop with us at Country Roads, "the room" almost looks like a little house as you step into it. With the combination of Kate and Debbie's talent, there is always something to catch your eye. These displays show Katie's style of decorating.  

What's nice is the two distinct styles of Kate and Debbie compliment each other, which makes "the room" a wonderful place to not only shop, but to pick up some display ideas as well!  As I always tell all of you, please stop by anytime to see us. I was in CR today and there was an unbelievable amount of dealers busy working and putting together some great vignettes for all of our customers! I hope you find time to stop by soon!!

A Little This and That!

I worked at CR yesterday but there just wasn't a lot of extra time for picture taking! It is good to be busy, and I so appreciate the business. Thank you. Since I only had time to take a few quick pictures, I thought I would share them today.

I will be back at CR tomorrow. Not to work (or at least I hope not) but to take pictures for my blog, and my new website that I just can't quite find the time to put our stuff up on it to sell! I'm trying, really trying, so any day now we will begin to sell from it, I promise!

Country Roads Whites

I'm getting ready to run out the door to work, if you can call it that. I guess I've never quite looked at my store, Country Roads, as work! When you love something so much, somehow it never seems like work, except on those oh so very special days. Today, all these beautiful "whites" are courtesy of Debbie Watts! The girl knows how to put a display together. That is for sure!! I love the chaise that she has on her glass table. It looks much better when you get to see it up close and personal!
