White Wednesday

Happy "White Wednesday" to each of you! Just like all the other months, August is flying by pretty quickly. And before we know, Labor Day week-end will be here. So sad! Remember that old Kathleen Turner movie where she was a bit crazed and emphasized that one should ever wear "white" after Labor Day? Just bringing that up to all of you fashion conscience people out there! My "White Wednesday" post today is just a little bit different than my others. Country Roads has so many awesome "whites" right now, along with so much other eye candy that I decided I would share a little slide show with you. And if you happen to have speakers on your computers I added one of my favorite songs which will be playing while you watch all of the eye candy current IN STOCK at Country Roads!

I have to give credit to all my truly awesome Country Roads family for helping make Country Roads the store it is today continues to be! Be sure to stop by my friend Kathleen's blog so you can check out her beautiful "whites" along with a list of others! Take care.

  2. I always remember this and every time I wear white, I think I only have until Sept., but then I forget and keep wearing it all year long. The only exception is, you can never wear white shoes after labor day. Your picture will be taken and you'll be found in the back of the magazine with your face blacked out, but we all will recognize you! Ha, ha. You do have the best whites in your store.

  3. My friend and I were in there last Saturday and wowsers, I was so stunned at how big it is! There was just way too much eye candy to take in on one trip. I guess I was picturing a little shop but it's really more of an antique mall!!!

When my hubby got home from work I said "I want to move to Orange!".

  4. Love all that wonderful distressed goodness :-) I've always wondered about the no white after Labor Day rule. It sure doesn't make sense down here.

    Happy White Wednesday :-)
